KORMA-USA uses a consent mechanism that stores your cookie preferences in browser storage and in a site cookie so your selection persists across visits.
- Necessary storage is used to save your consent choice and support core site behavior.
- Application drafts may be stored locally in your browser for convenience before submission.
- Optional analytics and marketing preferences are presented in the banner, but those categories are currently off by default and are not used to activate analytics or advertising tools unless the site is updated to do so.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
We use service providers to operate parts of the site and process submitted data:
- HubSpot for CRM records, inquiry tracking, application tracking, and related follow-up workflows.

We do not sell personal information through this website. We may share information:

- Within KORMA-USA for program administration, applicant review, billing, testing eligibility, and student support.
- When required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or site security.
Based on the current implementation of this site, we do not currently use the website to sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. privacy laws.
7. Text and Email Permissions
Certain forms require you to affirmatively authorize text messages, emails, or both. Those permissions are used for operational communications such as application updates, billing notices, testing reminders, scheduling, and requested class information.
8. Minors
KORMA-USA provides services involving minors. When information is submitted for a minor, we may collect parent or guardian contact details, emergency contact information, guardian signatures, and other related records needed for participation, safety, and program administration.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid sending information through the site that you would not want transmitted electronically unless it is required for the service you are requesting.
11. Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us to request updates or corrections to your information, ask questions about records we maintain, or request that we review a deletion request where appropriate.
California residents may also have additional privacy rights under California law, depending on the nature of the information and our role in processing it.
